May Colour Challenge at 52CCT

Its so nice being back joining in the the challenges at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown! This week its a colour challenge:-

You have to use a minimum of three colours, so I picked Blushing Bride, Pear Pizazz and Raspberry Ripple Stampin Up ink pads and card stock. The stamp I've used is from Clearly Besotted "Holiday Sentiments". I've stamped in the three colours then matted to form a block. Gold embossed a swirl at the top, a punched border at the bottom some gold elastic thread wrapped around and tied into a bow.

  4. The different fonts and colors in the sentiment remind me of old-fashioned cross stitch samplers! :) I like how you've embellished this with the gold scroll and the scalloped border. Thanks for sharing your card with us at 52{C}CT!

  6. This is so, so beautiful Pat. I agree that it almost looks like there is some cross-stitching in the sentiment. Thanks so much for joining us this week at 52CCT!
